Controversial activist VeryDarkMan has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to Nollywood actress Toyin Abraham, demanding the release of Ayo, an X user who was arrested for cyberbullying the actress.
Ayo, whose real name remains undisclosed, had allegedly slandered and bullied Abraham on the social media platform X, prompting the actress to take legal action.
The arrest sparked a wave of online campaigns advocating for Ayo’s release, with some users trolling Abraham in response.
VeryDarkMan, a well-known figure in social activism, has now stepped into the fray, warning Toyin Abraham that she must release Ayo within 24 hours.
The activist threatened to hire lawyers to secure Ayo’s release if Toyin Abraham does not comply, a move he suggested would damage the actress public image further.
He advised her to better tackle online trolls by suing them and to learn how to handle cyberbullying strategically.
