“I commend her wisdom” – Ned Nwoko praises wife, Regina Daniels for speaking up on nationwide protest
  • Ned Nwoko commended Regina Daniels for her wisdom and strength of character for supporting Nigerians.
  • He noted how the current economic and insecurity problems in Nigeria are a result of decades of bad governance.
  • He stated that in the next few days, he will speak on a few realistic immediate solutions to Nigeria’s economic problem.

Nigerian politician and senator Ned Nwoko has expressed admiration for his wife, Regina Daniels, following her comments on the ongoing nationwide protests.

Regina had faced criticism for her video message advocating for peace and condemning violence during the protests.

In response, she clarified that her intention was to support her workers and advocate for better pay.

Reacting to Regina’s recent message and outburst, Ned Nwoko commended Regina’s wisdom and strength in showing solidarity with Nigerians and addressing their frustrations.

He acknowledged the country’s economic and insecurity challenges as a result of decades of poor governance.

Ned Nwoko appealed to Nigerians, announcing his plans to share realistic solutions to the nation’s problems in the coming days.

He wrote:

“I commend Gina’s wisdom and strength of character in deciding on her own to sympathise and support Nigerians showing bottled-up frustrations with the apparent hopelessness in the country. I must add that the current economic and insecurity problems in Nigeria are a result of decades of bad governance. Please let everyone be peaceful with the protests, as there cannot be any justifications for more loss of lives. I have also decided that in the next few days, I will speak and write on a few realistic immediate solutions, especially on economic and insecurity problems facing our nation. As a senator, my bills and motions have been about the people. This is really my passion”.

In a similar news, Tonto Dikeh had received heavy backlash for supporting Tinubu amid nationwide protest.

The actress, who joined the All Progressives Congress last October, wrote:

“Please know that your voices have been heard and your position noted with the nationwide protest achieving its goals by adherence.

“The nationwide protest became a national discussion because the leadership in the centre, led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR @officialasiwajubat, is a leader who means well for grassroots development, youth empowerment, and inclusion. He feels the pain and anguish of the average man.

“I hereby call for peaceful co-existence, peaceful protest, and dialogue. I also charge the Federal and State government to attend to the plights of Nigerians especially the youth.”
