Big Brother Naija housemate Handi recently revealed that she had a previous relationship with fellow contestant Ocee outside of the house.
During a conversation with Shaun and Wanni, Handi acknowledged that she and Ocee had dated, but clarified that it was not a serious relationship.
She described Ocee as “territorial” and recalled an incident where he confronted her ex-boyfriend at a club, hence causing tension in their relationship.
Handi downplayed the significance of their past relationship, characterizing it as casual.
Her twin sister Wanni also expressed disapproval of Ocee’s behavior and admitted to having concerns about Handi’s involvement with him.
Shaun: “Ocee told me you [Handi] and him used to be a thing outside. Oh my God! If it was Wanni, I wouldn’t have had a thing with her, because that’s her ex in the same house with her. I’d feel some type of way.”
Handi: “Ocee was territorial. He went to speak to my ex-boyfriend in a club. It caused a rift, he was irritated.
“Wanni was even asking me how I’m doing something with Ocee because he wasn’t a nice guy to me. We were just f*cking.”
Wanni: “I didn’t like the guy, when I just hear she’s going there, we’ll fight.”
Handi had earlier revealed why she disapproved of Wanni’s relationship with Davido.
During a conversation with Shaun and Wanni on Wednesday, Handi explained that she discouraged Wanni from dating the singer because she wouldn’t be respected in the relationship.
Wanni brought up the topic of her “situation” with the singer but didn’t call him by his name.
She simply referred to him by a popular line from his hit song ‘Champion Sound’.
Wanni: “Let’s not call names but I told him [Shaun] about the situation with [sings the line from ‘Champion Sound’] ‘Take me away’. And he was like, that he would have been disappointed if I did something with him.”
Handi: “hmmm me too o!
Shaun: “I don’t think it differently.”
Handi: “We fought seriously on our tour. It’s a different thing if you were in a relationship but for what? Because you have a crush on the person you just want to jump in. And the guy is bipolar as f*ck. I told her he won’t respect her.”
