BBNaija S9: My relationship with Wanni is natural connection not strategy – Shaun

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Shaun Okojie has opened up about his relationship with Wanni.

In a recent post-eviction interview, Shaun clarified that his connection with Wanni was genuine and not a strategy.

Shaun acknowledged the presence of multiple relationships in the house but emphasized that his bond with Wanni was natural and developed organically.

“There were many ships in the house. I realized that if anybody’s ship is benefiting them, I don’t think I would have known if it would have been a good strategy or not.

“I already came with a girl (Victoria). The easiest strategy would have already been to stick with Victoria romantically but that didn’t happen, I think Wanni and I had a more natural connection that we developed in the house.”

In an earlier interview, Shaun reveals why Wanni deserves to win N100m grand prize .

Shaun named his girlfriend on the show, Wanni Danbaki, as the most deserving contestant.

Shaun highlighted Wanni’s dynamic representation of herself on the show, showcasing various aspects of her personality.

He emphasized that Wanni has demonstrated a range of emotions and traits, making her a well-rounded and relatable contestant.

While acknowledging his personal connection with Wanni, Shaun maintained that his opinion is objective and based on Wanni’s versatility and authenticity in the house.

He believes that Wanni’s dynamic nature makes her a strong contender for the grand prize.

In his words:

“Wanni is still my winner. Outside of my relationship with her, Wanni has given a dynamic representation of herself on the show.

“She has seen the highs, she has seen the lows. You’ve seen her being energetic, quiet, outspoken, fighting, apologetic, loving and hating. You’ve seen her doing everything.

“So in terms of the dynamics of a human being, I think she has shown all parts of herself. And this is me being objective. Even if Wanni and I didn’t have anything going on, she would still be my winner because of how dynamic she has been in the house.”
