Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Yul Edochie, has thrown his weight behind Afrobeats icon, Innocent “2Baba” Idibia formerly called 2face, as the legendary singer battles public scrutiny over his crumbling marriage to Annie Idibia.
Yul, no stranger to controversy himself, came out swinging against those condemning 2Baba, launching a fiery defense that quickly sparked heated reactions online.
For almost three years, Yul has been at the center of relentless public scrutiny, both online and offline, after his explosive cheating scandal shattered the image of his once-adored marriage to May Edochie.
The actor’s affair with his colleague-turned-only-wife, Judy Austin, sent shockwaves across social media, turning him into a lightning rod for criticism.
To this day, Yul and Judy remain the subject of constant dragging, especially after May made the bold decision to separate from him.
Now, as 2face faces his own storm, Yul appears to see a kindred spirit in the embattled musician.
