Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ka3na Jones, is back in the headlines, after opening up about a new chapter in her love life.
Two years after the tragic passing of her British husband, Mr. Jones, the self-styled Boss Lady has announced her intention to remarry. The news comes as a surprise to many fans who remember how deeply Ka3na mourned her late spouse, who died of cancer in May 2023.
Back in May 2024, Ka3na had declared on Instagram that she had no plans to remarry or even change her marital status. In her words:
“I have no intention of remarriage or changing my marital status by dropping my husband’s name.”
But just a few months later, the tides have clearly turned. In a playful yet telling Instagram Story posted on Thursday, July 3, Ka3na shared a short video clip of herself dancing joyfully. Alongside the video, she wrote:
“You can literally tell I’m ready for my next husband.”
The declaration has sparked mixed reactions online, with some fans cheering her on for embracing life again, while others questioned the sudden change of heart.
Ka3na, who is also a proud mother of one, has always been known for her bold personality, both during her time on BBNaija Lockdown Season and post-show. After leaving the house, she focused heavily on brand building, motherhood, and living her best luxury lifestyle between Nigeria and abroad.
Her late husband, Mr. Jones, remained largely out of the spotlight during their marriage, but Ka3na often expressed gratitude for his support and the life they built together. His death in 2023 was a devastating blow, and she took a brief break from social media during that period.
Now, it seems the Boss Lady is embracing healing, growth, and perhaps, a new kind of love.
While she hasn’t revealed if there’s a man already in the picture or when the wedding bells might ring again, her followers are definitely on alert for the next chapter.
