The widow of the late singer Mohbad, Omowunmi Aloba, in response to critics, provided a detailed explanation for her vehemently cursing Mr. Joseph Aloba, her father-in-law, in a widely circulated telephone conversation.

In a phone call interview with a concerned family friend, she was probed about the reason behind her recent outburst directed at the music star’s father, Mr. Aloba.

In response, Wunmi affirmed placing the phone call last night, attributed it to being swept up in her emotions. She shared receiving a message from a dear friend detailing a blogger’s barrage of curses aimed at her son, Liam. With unwavering certainty, she asserted her belief in Mr. Aloba’s involvement in orchestrating this perplexing scenario.

She expressed that her cherished child, whom she referred to as her only precious possession, is too young to be subjected to online curses by Mohbad’s father. Wunmi adamantly declared that she wouldn’t permit her father-in-law to treat his grandson the same way she alleged he did with the singer.

Wunmi explained that’s precisely why she cautioned him to steer clear of her son during their phone conversation. She further noted that Mr. Aloba is well aware she holds a dark secret of his, emphasizing that she’s ready to reveal it if he persists in tormenting her and son.

Wunmi went on to mention that if both she and Mohbad’s mother decide to speak out and unveil Mr. Aloba’s concealed secrets with them, she boldly asserted that the public would figuratively “stone him to death.”
