VIDEO: Man slapped by Wizkid in viral video cries out, breaks silence on theft allegations

Some hours ago, a video of where a popular Nigerian singer that goes by the name Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun widely known as Wizkid slapped a fan that tried to clinch on him surfaced online.

Whilst the video is currently trending online, some fans asserted that the man got what he deserved, while critics condemned Wizkid for treating his fan in such a manner.

However, some minutes ago, the fan himself has come out to clear the air on people’s comments about him trying to steal the singer’s neck chain.

In the new video that was posted by the fan, he revealed that his intention was to be noticed by the singer and not otherwise as others claimed. He revealed that he is a longtime fan of the singer, and he has been his role model since he was younger.

According to him, he knew he might not have such a chance to meet the singer face to face again, and he would love to be noticed by him that’s why he decided to grab the opportunity by touching his body to get his attention.

The fan also disclosed that that he is also an artist, and he has been struggling to be famous for a while but he knows that if he can get Wizkid to take a look at some of his records, he might invest in him which will be like a dream come true for him, as a signature from him is enough for him to be what he has always wanted.
