President Muhammadu Buhari met with the country’s Service Chiefs at the Aso Villa in Abuja before his scheduled travel to London for a routine medical check up.
Those present at the meeting include the Chief of Defence Staff, General Lucky Irabor; Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Ibrahim Attahiru; Chief of Naval Staff; Vice Admiral Awwal Zubairu; and Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Isiaka Amoo.
Others are Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo; National Security Adviser to the President, Maj.-Gen Babagana Monguno (retd.); the Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari; Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha.
WITHIN NIGERIA recall that President Muhammadu Buhari is due to leave Nigeria for London, the United Kingdom today for a two-week medical trip.
This was disclosed in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Femi Adesina on Monday evening.
