The Minister of Youths and Sports, Sunday Dare, has denied plans to contest in the 2023 general elections.
Speaking in an interview with Punch on Saturday, the minister said he is not eyeing the Oyo State governorship.
According to the former journalist, he is only concentrating on the assignment given to him by President Muhammadu Buhari.
“No. No plans for governorship. My plan right now is to succeed at the assignment given to me by President Muhammadu Buhari for the Nigerian people,” he said.
