Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has thanked God for bringing him back to Nigeria safely.
This was stated by the former governor of Lagos state at the State House in Marina at a gathering to welcome him home.
Recall that the APC national leader, Tinubu has been out of the country in the last three months during which he underwent a knee surgery.
He said: “I am a little emotional but I am happy to be back home. God is the giver of life and He alone can take it.”
Present at the gathering were wife of the Governor Mrs. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat; his wife Oluremi; former Lagos Deputy Governor Mrs. Idiat Adebule; House of Representatives Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila; Lagos Speaker Mudashiru Obasa; Senator Olamilekan Solomon, among others.
