The new football season is in full gear, and the biggest club competition in the world, the Champions League, is also underway.

Chelsea will hope to defend their title after beating Manchester City in last season’s final, but clubs like PSG, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich are also other title favourites.

In Group A, Manchester City will have to compete with the star-studded Paris Saint Germain, German Bundesliga side RB Leipzig and Belgian Champions Club Brugge.

PSG are favourites to finish as group winners, and they can be backed at 2.00 odds on Melbet. With an attack of Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr, and Kylian Mbappe, it’s worth the risk.

Meanwhile, City are priced at 2.25 odds to finish as group winners and are also the second favourite to win the competition after PSG with odds of 4.5 on Melbet.

In Group B, there are three former winners and Atletico Madrid, making it the group of death. Liverpool are favourites to finish top with odds of 2.00 followed by Atletico Madrid, who are priced at 3.1 on Melbet.

AC Milan are valued at 5.00, while Porto have odds of 9.00 to finish top of the group. It’s a tricky group to predict, but a more reasonable bet is backing Liverpool to make the knockout stages.

Group C is also a tricky one to call, but Borussia Dortmund should progress to the knockout stages and can be backed to finish top at 1.6 on Melbet Nigeria.

Ajax are the next favourites and are priced at 4.44 to finish top. But Besiktas at 4.5 and Sporting Lisbon at 1.6 to reach the round of 16 could also be a risk worth taking.

Real Madrid are the favourites to progress as group winners in D and can be backed at 1.38. They are followed by Inter Milan, priced at 3.8.

It’s hard to look past these two, but Inter failed to progress from a similar group last season. Shakhtar Donetsk were also in the same group last season and will definitely not be pushovers this season.

They are priced at 13 odds to finish top of the group, but a more reasonable bet, although risky, could be backing them at 3.2 odds to qualify for the knockout stages.

Sheriff Tiraspol are the last team in the group, but they are likely to be the whipping boys.

In Group E, it’s hard to look past Bayern Munich and Barcelona. The Bundesliga champions are the clear favourites and have an odd 1.59 on Melbet to finish top of the group.

Barcelona will hope to challenge the Bavaria giants, but with a squad lacking Messi and Griezmann, it’s better to back them to progress to the knockout stages.

Benfica should get the third spot which will be enough to earn a Europa League spot. However, as a risk-taker, they can be backed at 3.5 odds to qualify for the round of 16.

Meanwhile, Dynamo Kyiv will challenge the Portuguese side for the third spot and are priced at 13.00 to reach the knockout stages.

In Group F, Manchester United should not find it difficult in finishing top. The Red Devils have been boosted by the return of Cristiano Ronaldo, who is the all-time top scorer in the competition and a five-time winner.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men are priced at 1.69 to finish top, which is a good value. Villarreal beat United on penalties in the Europa League final and could be backed at 6.5 to end as group winners.

However, given they are likely to battle Atalanta for second place, it’s more reasonable to back them to qualify for the knockout stages with odds of 2.15.

Atalanta, meanwhile, are the second favourite in the group. They are priced at 3.8 on Melbet to finish top, but more importantly,1.5 to reach the next round.

Young Boys are the last team and are priced at a whopping 10.00 odds to finish top of the group.

Group F is anybody’s game as all the teams are almost evenly matched. Sevilla are the slight favourites and are priced at 2.55 odds on Melbet.

They are followed by Wolfsburg, with odds of 3.6 to finish top of the group. Lille, the Ligue 1 champions, have odds of 4.00 to finish as group winners.

Austrian champions RB Salzburg are priced at 5.5 odds. In fairness, it’s a difficult group to call, but Salzburg at 5.5 could be a risk worth taking.

Chelsea are deservedly the favourites to finish top of Group H. The Blues are the defending champions and have even gotten stronger with the acquisition of Romelu Lukaku and Saul Niguez.

Surprisingly, they are priced at 1.725 on Melbet, which is a good value. Juventus are the second favourites and can be backed at 2.25 to finish as group winners.

The Old Lady have lost Ronaldo, but they have enough to make the second round at least. Zenit St. Petersburg should seal the third spot, but with odd of 4.45 to reach the knockout stages, it could be a risk worth taking.

Malmo are back with Europe’s elite, but with odds of 10.00 to reach the knockout stages, it’s unlikely they make an impact.

Meanwhile, it’s important to note that the fans are back in the stadium, and that could play a role in these games. Nonetheless, the biggest competition in club football is back, and you can make money on it via Melbet.
