Manchester United superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo, has warned his teammates not to let their work rate or application drop, because of the uncertainty surrounding Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Ronaldo also urged them to continue to give their full support to the under-fire manager.

Solskjaer is on the brink of losing his job, following a 5-0 drubbing in the hands of Liverpool last Sunday, although he will remain in his position for this weekend’s trip to Tottenham.

The Manchester Evening News reports that many United players have lost faith in the 48-year-old, but Ronaldo has issued a rallying cry for them to put doubts to one side and fight for the team.
