Suspected bandits on Friday night abducted six people, including a police officer’s wife when they invaded Wusasa community in Zaria Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

A source who did not want his name mentioned, told newsmen in Kaduna that the bandits, who struck around 10:30pm, went from house to house without being challenged.

He said the bandits kidnapped the policeman’s wife, his daughters as well as four others.

He further disclosed that the local security agents, Kaduna State Vigilance Service (KadVS), which responded to calls by the victims’ relatives could not do anything positive as bandits had disappeared with their victims.
