After their first two games at the ongoing 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, Nigerian former professional footballer who played as a striker, Julius Aghahowa, has stated that the Super Eagles lack creativity.

Almost a week ago, Nigeria beat Egypt 1-0 in their first AFCON game.

Augustine Eguavoen’s men also defeated Sudan 3-1 in their second AFCON tie on Saturday.

Speaking to Channels TV, Aghahowa said: “The fact is the Super Eagles played exciting football, a lot of possession though in the opponents half we didn’t get that creativity that we wanted all in all two games six points we are good to go.
