Alwan Ali-Hassan, the kidnapped Managing Director of the Bank of Agriculture, was released by his captors on Wednesday.
WITHIN NIGERIA reports that Ali-Hassan was a passenger on the ill-fated Kaduna-Abuja train.
He was abducted along with over 100 other passengers when their train was bombed by gunmen.

A family source told newsmen in Kaduna the BOA boss was released on Wednesday after paying an undisclosed amount as ransom.
Although, there was no confirmation from the government, a staff of Bank of Agric said he was released, but did not disclose the amount paid as ransom.
