On the 23rd of November 2021, the chief magistrate court ogba lagos, sitting before Honourable Justice Mrs. E. Kubeinje(CM1) struck out and discharges Mr. Maris Adjebrefe, a former marketing officer of Prothrive Astute Heights Limited from all criminal charges filed against him when it became obvious to the Court that the complainant Prothrive Astute Heights Limited were unwilling to substantiate or prove the allegations of stealing and conduct likely to cause breach of peace proffered against Mt. Maris Adjebrefe as a former employee of the company.
