Justice Olukayode Ogunjobi of the Lagos State High Court in TBS has ordered parties to maintain status quo antebellum pending determination of a suit on a property at Lagoon View Development Scheme (Oju Olokun), Chevron Drive in Eti Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.

The judge ordered that all construction on the disputed land measuring about 101.673 hectares should be stopped.

He directed the defendants to appear to show why it should not grant all reliefs sought by the claimants.

Justice Ogunjobi’s order follows an ex-parte application of February 22 by the claimants, Alhaji Shehu Adio, Kassim Lumosa, and others.
