The death of Eggon Paramount Ruler, Angbazo has been announced.
Mr Bala Angbazo, the Aren Eggon and Paramount Ruler of Eggon Nation of Nasarawa State who was aged 89, died in the early hours of Wednesday, July 13 after a prolonged illness.
James Angbazo, Dangaladima Eggon confirmed the development to the development on Wednesday in Lafia.
The paramount ruler was born at Wakama District of Nassarawa-Eggon Local Government Area of the state in 1933.
Angbazo ascended the throne on July 11, 1981, hence died after 41 years of rulership.
Burial arrangements of the deceased ruler would be announced at a later date.
