In Naira and Kobo, Ward 9 Polling Unit 4 in Ikire, Irewole Local government in Osun State, there were issues that prevented voters from casting their ballots.
As people were pushing and shoving to cast their votes, the card reader suddenly stopped working.
At approximately 12:30 in the afternoon, voting was stopped.
At the Ward 5, Unit 14, Holy Cross Primary School in Ikire, it is currently 1:06 pm, and the people there are rushing around because the officials from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) are expected to finish the exercise at 2:30 pm.
According to the officials, there were no reports of any disturbances during the voting process at the polling unit.
