Presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar has explained why he is not worried about the popularity of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi, ahead of the 2023 eletions.

Atiku said it is not in all regions of the country that youths are moving towards Obi.

The former vice president stated this in an interview with the Voice of America (VOA) during the week.

He said, “Absolutely not, it doesn’t worry me, because the demography of the youth varies from region to region, and it is not in all regions of the country that the preponderance of the youth is moving towards Labour in South or South-East.”

WITHIN NIGERIA had earlier reported that spokesman of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), Dino Melaye, said ‘Obidient’ euphoria is already dying and that Obi cannot win the 2023 presidential election.

Melaye, who stated this while addressing journalists in Abuja on Saturday, added that Obi has no national spread to emerge as President of Nigeria in 2023.
