Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammad, has lashed out at a journalist over question regarding the resumption of the Abuja-Kaduna rail line service.

The journalist wanted to know the exact day train operations will resume on the Abuja-Kaduna corridor seven months after indefinite suspension.

Earlier, WithinNigeria had on Monday reported that Minister of Transportation, Mu’azu Sambo announced the month of November as the resumption date for the Abuja-Kaduna rail line service, but no specific day was mentioned.

“This month of November, we shall resume that service, remember, I told you, for those of you who are reporters from the State House, that we will not resume this service until every Nigerian held in captivity was reunited with their families”, Sambo stated.
