Chelsea beat Bournemouth 2-0 at the Stamford Bridge Stadium on Tuesday after five games without a win.

The homers opened the scoring in the 16th minute from Kai Havertz.

Raheem Sterling fed Havertz inside the box, who was unmarked and buried the ball in the bottom left corner.

Chelsea made it 2-0 on 24th minute. Havertz played a short, square pass into the path of Mason Mount, who bent a shot straight into the bottom right corner for a fabulous goal.

Samuel Okwaraji’s last breath on the Pitch — A reminder that time is never ours to keep

Just before the end of first half, Chelsea had the ball in the net, but it was immediately ruled out by referee Simon Hooper due to a foul, much to the disappointment of the Christian Pulisic and his team.

On 57th minute, Pulisic latched onto a loose pass on the edge of the box and let fly, but Mark Travers saw it all the way and made a fine save to deny him.

Kalidou Koulibaly had a chance to score as he displayed good awareness near the penalty spot to get on the end of a cross, but he sent his header narrowly wide of the left post.

Dominic Solanke came close to scoring but should have done much better. His poor attempt from close range ended up in the gloves of Kepa Arrizabalaga.
