Three people were murdered in an explosion in the Kogi State neighborhood of Okene.
It was gathered that the explosion took place at Oyinoyi’s Palace in the state’s Okenne Local Government Area on Thursday morning.
Police officers from the Anti-Bomb Unit were reported to have arrived at the location of the incident.
Meanwhile, President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to visit the state today.
He will be commissioning some projects in the North-Central state.
Meanwhile the fully armed security men have taken over the entire road where the incident happened. They have prevented movement of vehicles and people from going close to the area.
However all efforts to confirm the report from the Kogi state police Command Public relationship officer, William Ayah proved abortive as he was not picking calls.
