Kashim Shettima, the All Progressives Congress (APC) vice presidential candidate, met with Ayodele Fayose, the former governor of Ekiti State, on Tuesday.
In a Facebook post, the former governor of Borno State confirmed his visit to Fayose.
Shettima expressed gratitude to Fayose, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in a post on his Instagram account.
The APC vice presidential candidate also thanked Ekiti State’s former governor for his support.
He asked God to bless him for hosting him and his team.
Shettima in a post on his Facebook account wrote;
I paid my brother, former Governor of Ekiti State, H.E. Ayodele Peter Fayose a visit.
The great Oshoko welcomed us with warmth and rare camaraderie. Thank you for your support and God bless you for hosting me and my team.
