Osun lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency, Adeyemi Adewumi popularly known as Irekandu has hailed the compassionate move of Senator Ademola Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State over accumulated salary arrears he inherited from past administrations.
This was contained in an appreciation message he signed and made available to newsmen on Thursday.
According to the young lawmaker, Senator Adeleke has again proved his undying love for Osun workers following his decision to clear the salary arrears despite the financial situation of the state.
Irekandu while describing this move as a great relief for thousands of Osun workers over the repayment of the arrears disclosed that the governor has not only given joy and hope to the people but also contributed positively to the economic growth of the state.
The architect also thanked Senator Ademola Adeleke for fulfilling his promises, describing him as a man of conscience and a good heart.
