The Labour Party in Lagos State said the party is not considering any political alliance with the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP for the forthcoming governorship election in the state.

The party’s spokesperson, Olubunmi Odesanya, made this known on Tuesday during a phone interview with The PUNCH.

According to PUNCH, a leading Labour Party supporter in the state and Afenifere leader, Pa Ayo Adebanjo, had earlier said the party would consider available options to defeat the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, in the March 11 governorship elections in the state.

He had said, “We shall consider all the options before us.”
