President Muhammadu Buhari congratulated one of his top aides, Sarki Abba, on his 65th birthday.
Abba is the President’s Senior Special Assistant for Domestic Affairs.
The presidential aide has known Buhari for a long time and is one of his confidants. Abba celebrated his 65th birthday on March 30, and President Buhari congratulated him in a message delivered late Thursday evening.
The President stated that Abba had reached a remarkable milestone, which was yet another reason to thank God for His blessings. Buhari referred to the honoree as one of his most dedicated, passionate, loyal, and hardworking aides.
Without aides like you, whatever success I have achieved today will not have been possible.
Since your recent appointment in 2015, I have observed with admiration how you conduct yourself with decency, dignity and selflessness, Buhari said in the congratulatory message.
The President praised Abba’s patience and humility while mentioning his integrity as a quality that makes him proud.
President Buhari prayed to Almighty Allah to bless his aide with good health and a long life in the service of the country.
