On Tuesday night, a fire completely destroyed one of the residential buildings at the University College Hospital in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The fire has been extinguished, according to Akinyinka Akinyemi, the state’s general manager of fire service, who confirmed this over the phone to The Punch.
In an earlier report, fire had razed the popular raw materials warehouse, identified as Sumal Foods Limited at Oluyole Industrial Estate, Ibadan, Oyo State.
The frequency of fire outbreaks in Ibadan, Oyo State is becoming a source of worry.
