Some All Progressives Congress (APC) governors who were re-elected in the recently concluded 2023 governorship election met with Vice President Yemi Osinbajo in Abuja on Wednesday.
The governors are Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State and Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe.
Yesterday, APC leaders paid a courtesy visit to Osinbajo at the Presidential Villa and presented him with their Certificate of Return while taking photographs.
The two governors who recently paid a visit to Prof. Osinbajo thanked him for his unwavering support for them and the party.
WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that Osinbajo voted in the presidential and governorship elections in Ikenne, Ogun state.
It should also be noted that the number two citizen inaugurated the APC Legal Compliance Committee for over 1400 state and national elections in February.
Osinbajo urged members of his party to be proactive during his inauguration at the Presidential Villa, saying he is confident they are up to the task.
