Simon Ekpa, a well-known pro-Biafra agitator claims that the Biafran Republic Government in Exile, BRGIE petition letter was acknowledged by the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union.

Earlier, Ekpa submitted over 200 documents to the President of Finland, Sauli Niinistö.
