Alhaji Muhammad Bello Sifawa has been named the Secretary to the State Government with the support of Sokoto State Governor Ahmed Aliyu.
Abubakar Bawa, the Governor’s chief press secretary, made the declaration during a press conference on Wednesday that was held in the council chambers.
In addition, the Governor has approved Haliru Aminu Dikko’s nomination as Chief of Staff for the State Government.
Other appointments, as mentioned by Bawa, include Alhaji Gandi Umar as the Special Assistant (Administration), Hussaini Umar Gorau as the Personal Assistant to the Governor, Bello Yahya Wurno as the Special Assistant on Inter-Governmental and Multi-Lateral Relations, Farul Labbo as the Special Assistant on Domestic Affairs, and Faruk Ahmad Shuni as the Special Assistant on Protocol.
