Manchester United have reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign Mason Mount for £60million.
Following talks over the previous 24 hours, the two clubs have found a resolution to an impasse in talks.
The deal is understood to be £60million inclusive of add-ons.
The add-ons are understood to be achievable.
He will now undergo a medical and personal terms before signing a long-term deal at Old Trafford, which is understood to be a five-year deal.
Mount, about to enter the final year of his contract, has made clear to Chelsea he is not willing to extend his deal at Stamford Bridge, and that United are the club he wants to join.
The likes of Arsenal and Liverpool were interested in signing the England international before his choice became clear.
