  • Nigerian airline Air Peace will resume flights to Kaduna International Airport on October 23, 2023, after a 19-month hiatus
  • The airline also plans a special flight to Antigua and Barbuda on October 30, targeting business travelers and tourists

Nigerian airline, Air Peace, has announced that it will resume flight services to Kaduna International Airport on October 23, 2023, after a 19-month hiatus due to security concerns.

The decision to suspend flights to Kaduna was made in March 2022 after bandits killed a local guard attached to the Nigerian Airspace Management Authority (NAMA) at the airport.

In a statement by the airline’s spokesperson, Stanley Olisa, Air Peace confirmed the resumption of flight services to Kaduna. Olisa also disclosed that the airline plans another special flight to Antigua and Barbuda on October 30, 2023.

Flight schedules for Kaduna are now available on the Air Peace website, and ticket sales have commenced, marking the airline’s delight in reconnecting with the city.

Additionally, Air Peace is gearing up for its second special Business Trip to Antigua and Barbuda in partnership with Tour Brokers International. This trip targets business owners, high-level executives, investors, and individuals with high net worth seeking investment opportunities in the two-island nation. It also caters to tourists interested in exploring the beautiful Caribbean destination.

The trip, scheduled for October 30 to November 5, 2023, includes a comprehensive package deal that covers ticket prices and hotel accommodation. Air Peace made history in August 2023 as the first Nigerian airline to operate direct flights to Antigua and Barbuda.

The resumption of flights to Kaduna and the continuation of special services to Antigua and Barbuda highlight Air Peace’s commitment to reconnecting passengers and exploring new travel opportunities.
