Prof Dileep Kumar, the Vice Chancellor of Hensard University, has outlined a strategy to combat the issue of graduate unemployability in Nigeria. He emphasized the need to equip students with industry-oriented skills aligned with international standards.

In a statement released in Abuja, Prof Kumar expressed the university’s commitment to providing unique training that transforms students into entrepreneurs and wealth creators.
