JUST-IN: Benue Gov, Hyacinth Alia In Closed-Door Meeting With Defence Chief

• Governor Alia arrived at the Defence Headquarters at approximately 1:19 pm on Tuesday, accompanied by government officials from Benue State.

Governor of Benue State Hyacinth Alia and Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Christopher Musa are currently having a private meeting.

While the official visit’s goal remained undisclosed, a governor’s adviser divulged told Daily Trust that it mostly dealt with security issues in the state around Christmas.

WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that Governor Hyacinth Alia came at the Defence Headquarters at approximately 1:19 p.m. escorted by state government representatives.
