  • Osinbajo sees Adesina’s decision to publish the book quickly as the right step, defining the narrative ahead for accuracy

Former Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, lauded Femi Adesina’s book, branding it as “wise and proactive.” Adesina, the former Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari, presented the book, titled “Working With Buhari; Reflections of a Special Adviser, Media and Publicity (2015-2023),” to Osinbajo over the weekend.

Scheduled for launch on January 16, 2024, at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, the book promises a comprehensive insight into the happenings at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Expressing his appreciation for the speed and quality of the publication, Osinbajo acknowledged the timeliness of Adesina’s initiative. He emphasized the author’s importance as an insider in shaping the narrative surrounding personal details and issues covered in the book. Osinbajo deemed the account as the most reliable representation of his experiences.

Characterizing the book as an “honest account,” Osinbajo highlighted its role as a personal discussion with Nigerians about the persona of President Buhari. Adesina, he noted, stands out as the individual best suited to represent the former President, given his meticulous attention to detail.
