Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, extended congratulations to former President Olusegun Obasanjo on his 87th birthday.
In a press statement issued by Soludo’s Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, on Tuesday, the governor hailed Obasanjo as a towering figure in Nigerian and African history.
