Vice President Kashim Shettima affirmed that President Bola Tinubu’s administration would harness Nigeria’s wealth of security and international diplomacy expertise to propel much-needed development.

Speaking during a meeting with the board and management of Bruit Costaud, a government affairs outfit specializing in strategic policy communications and advisory services, Shettima commended the firm’s diverse team of renowned experts.

“The calibre of individuals, spanning security, energy, international diplomacy, and communications, underscores the seriousness of the group,” Shettima stated, highlighting the importance of knowledge-driven initiatives in today’s world.

Alhaji Lai Mohammed, the managing partner of the firm and former Minister of Information, introduced the team during the courtesy visit to the Presidential Villa. He expressed gratitude to the Vice President for the opportunity to discuss the firm’s activities and its proposal for the current administration.

Mohammed praised President Tinubu’s efforts in tackling contemporary challenges and pledged the firm’s unwavering support for the administration’s transformative agenda.

“We pledge to support Nigeria’s advancement under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership and the well-being of its people,” Mohammed affirmed, emphasizing Nigeria’s pivotal moment requiring astute policy guidance and strategic advocacy.

Reiterating the firm’s commitment, Mohammed assured that they would deploy resources within their expertise to assist the government in addressing economic challenges and related issues.

“Our firm is dedicated to leveraging our expertise, experience, and extensive network to support government policies promoting economic prosperity, social equity, and sustainable development,” Mohammed emphasized, praising the administration’s commitment to innovation and inclusive growth.

The meeting also saw the presence of senior advisers at the firm, including former Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Otunba Niyi Adebayo, former Minister of State for Industry, Trade and Investment, Hon. Aisha Abubakar, retired Diplomat Amb. Tunde Ajisomo, and Engr. Abdur Rasheed Omidiya, among others.
