Tompolo Praises Tinubu for Appointing Watson-Jack as Head of Civil Service

High Chief (Dr) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, has commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Didi Esther Watson-Jack as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF).

In a statement released yesterday, Tompolo expressed that Watson-Jack’s appointment has significantly boosted the confidence of the South-South people in the current administration’s ability to deliver good governance to all Nigerians.

He said, “I, High Chief (Dr) Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, the Ibe-Ebidouwei of Ijaw Nation and Chairman of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited (TSSNL), profoundly thank the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for the appointment of the Bayelsa State-born amazon, Didi Esther Watson-Jack, as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF).

“Mr President Sir, this message is being conveyed to you on behalf of the good people of the South-South geopolitical zone. They have mandated that I express their profound gratitude to you for this great honour in appointing their illustrious daughter and sister to this exalted position.

“On their behalf, I renew their commitment to reciprocate this well-thought-out gesture and other good tidings. As I assured and reassured you in the past, we will continue to work and support you to achieve and surpass your promise to Nigerians as espoused in the Renewed Hope Agenda.
