  • The ‘Say No to Protest’ protester who was supposed to be a pro-government urchin and extol the phantom success of the government was seen lamenting bitterly about the unsettling state of the nation.

A man co-opted into a group charged with discrediting the nationwide protest against hunger has inadvertently lend his support for the public demonstration.

The ‘Say No to Protest’ protester who was supposed to be a pro-government urchin and extol the phantom success of the president Bola Tinubu-led government while at the same time downplaying the grievances of those protesting against hunger was seen lamenting bitterly about the unsettling state of the nation.

The protester who stormed the streets of Abuja said he was supposed to be counter those planning to protest against hunger and hardship not echo their sentiment.

He, however, ended up protesting against bad governance, decrying the increased hunger and hardship in the country, while speaking to newsmen as shown on AIT live.

“N1000 will not take care of drinking garri, before N100 you will drink garri, so now we are coming to let him know that things are very hard with us let him consider us”, he said.

This prompted some of his fellow anti-protest protesters to scold him. They also stopped him from continuing with the interview.

It’s gathered that the ‘end bad governance’ protesters are marching towards the Three-Arm zone of the federal capital territory.
