Augustine Eguavoen, Interim Super Eagles manager, has chosen Fidelis Ilechukwu and Daniel Ogunmodede to assist him in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying matches against Benin Republic and Rwanda.

According to a statement by Ademola Olajire, Director of Communications at the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), on Monday, Enugu Rangers’ head coach, Fidelis Ilechukwu, and Daniel Ogunmodede of Remo Stars, will serve as Eguavoen’s assistants for the upcoming matches.
