Ademola Lookman says he is relishing the prospect of Atalanta’s UEFA Champions League clash with Arsenal.
Gian Piero Gasperini’s side will host the London side at the Gewiss Stadium on Thursday.
La Dea will head into the game in a vibrant and optimistic mood following Sunday’s 3-2 victory over Fiorentina.
Lookman said they are battle ready for the encounter, adding that he knows what to expect from the the English side.
“Arsenal are a very strong team, and I know what to expect from them. Playing against a team of that level is always a difficult challenge, but we are ready,” he told DAZN.
“We earned this place in the Champions League thanks to our great last season, and we want to show that we deserve to be here.”
