  • The logo is an important step towards aligning with the current reforms outlined in the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021-2025

The Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (OHSCF) has invited all federal civil servants to take part in a competition to design a new civil service logo using their unique perspectives, innovation, and creativity.

The Federal Government’s decision to redesign the Federal Civil Service logo was announced on Monday in a circular issued by the Office of the HSCF and made available to journalists in Abuja by Eno Olotu, Head of Information and Public Relations.

According to the circular, redesigning the logo is an important step towards aligning with the current reforms outlined in the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021-2025 (FCSSIP 25).

The Office has accordingly itemised the eligibility criteria that would guide all federal civil servants both within and outside Nigeria wishing to participate.

The circular added that the redesigned logo must be original, creative, and distinctive, effectively communicating the mission of the service.

“Participants are to visit the official website of the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (www.ohcsf.gov.ng) from Tuesday, 29th October, when the portal will be opened,” it stated.

The circular also informed that the submission date for all entries should not be later than Tuesday, 12th November 2024, as late submissions will not be entertained.
