  • FRSC reiterated its commitment to maintaining credibility and transparency in its recruitment processes

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has dismissed viral reports circulating on social media about an ongoing recruitment exercise, labeling them as false and misleading.

In an official statement issued by the Corps Public Education Officer, Assistant Corps Marshal Olusegun Ogungbemide, the FRSC clarified that it is not currently recruiting and has no immediate plans to commence any recruitment process.

The Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, urged members of the public and job seekers to disregard the fraudulent publications, emphasizing that all legitimate recruitment activities by the FRSC are conducted transparently and are widely publicized through official channels. These include the Corps’ website, social media platforms, and the National Traffic Radio 107.1FM.

Mohammed also cautioned the public against engaging with scammers posing as FRSC representatives, warning that the Corps will not be held responsible for any losses incurred by victims of such fraud.
