  • Conference of States Chairman, Bishop David Moradeyo, praised the NCPC leadership

The Nigerian Christian Pilgrims Commission (NCPC) will commence the airlift of intending pilgrims to Jerusalem on December 22, 2024, while warning against absconding upon arrival in the holy land.

NCPC Deputy Director of Media and Public Relations, Celestine Toruka, revealed this in a statement on Tuesday, quoting Executive Secretary Bishop Stephen Adegbite during a Conference of States meeting in Abuja.

Bishop Adegbite emphasised a strict zero-tolerance policy on abscondment and corruption. He also commended President Bola Tinubu for steering Nigeria “back on track” despite challenges.

Conference of States Chairman, Bishop David Moradeyo, praised the NCPC leadership and noted that the meeting aimed to ensure a smooth December pilgrimage exercise. He urged members to fast and pray for the success of the operations.
