The Zamfara State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expressed deep condolences over a recent horrific motor accident.
The accident occurred along the Abuja-Kaduna Expressway and involved members of the Zamfara State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ).
The NUJ members were returning from the Triennial Delegates Conference in Imo State when the accident happened.
According to Jamil Jibo Magayaki, the State PDP chairman, the entire PDP State Working Committee was shocked by the news.
Magayaki sympathized with both the national and Zamfara State Councils of the NUJ over the incident.
This was stated in a press release issued by Comrade Haliru Andi, the State PDP publicity scribe.
“The Chairman thanked Allah that no life was lost to the accident and also called on the victims to see it as something ordained by Allah.
“Dr. Jamil Jibo Magayaki prayed Allah to grant quick recovery to the injured victims and prevent future recurrence of the ugly incident,” he stated.
