Alhaji Mahe Abdulquadri, the Chief of Staff to Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State, has passed away.
75-year-old Mahe reportedly died on Saturday at his Adewole residence in Ilorin metropolis.
He was a consummate civil servant who served in various capacities at both federal and state government.
It is gathered that he was a strong contender for the ilorin Emirship throne in Ilorin.
He was a senior staff at the Nigeria Television Authority, NTA, Ilorin, before joining the state civil service, where he served as permanent secretary and clerk of the state House of Assembly before his retirement.
Late Mahe attended the last meeting of the 2024 Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union, IEDPU, held between December 24th and 25th.
Burial arrangements were ongoing, Daily Post reports.
