  • Walson-Jack urged the directors to embrace the reforms and lead efforts to enhance efficiency

The Federal Government has directed 332 newly promoted directors to take a leading role in driving the final phase of the Federal Civil Service Strategy and Implementation Plan 2021–2025 (FCSSIP25).

During an induction training held at the Public Service Institute of Nigeria (PSIN) in Abuja on Tuesday, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HCSF), Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, emphasized the importance of their roles in advancing ongoing reform efforts.

She highlighted that the final year of FCSSIP25 is a pivotal moment for consolidating progress towards creating a world-class civil service.

The training introduced the new directors to various reform initiatives, including:
