The Ogun State Police Command has commenced a manhunt for a man identified as Jonah and his unidentified girlfriend for allegedly murdering Chen Wang, a 33-year-old Chinese national and manager of Fujiada Electronics Technology Company Ltd.
The state police spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, confirmed the incident, which occurred at the company’s office along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Sunday.
According to Mr. Akosile Akinsanmi, the company’s manager, Jonah and his girlfriend entered Wang’s office during a routine break, stabbed him fatally, and fled the scene.
Odutola stated, “Detectives from the Ogere Police Division conducted an investigation at the scene, where photographs of the deceased were taken. The body has been transferred to Babcock University Teaching Hospital for a postmortem examination.”
